Dispatching Around the Clock
Keep the Wheels Turning.
We'll Handle the Rest.
Premium dispatching for owner-operators who want higher rates, fewer deadhead miles, and zero paperwork headaches. You drive — we negotiate, route, and handle the back office.
01 / Why Owner-Operators Choose Us
Discipline on the Road. Leverage at the Desk.
Aggressive Negotiation
We don't settle for the broker's first offer. We calculate your break-even RPM and fight for every cent your truck deserves.
Strategic Routing
No more getting stuck in dead zones. We use the triangle method to book high-paying headhauls and keep your profit margins wide.
Total Back-Office
Check calls, Rate Cons, TONUs, and detention tracking. We handle the brokers so you can focus on the road and getting home.
02 / 2026 Market Intelligence
We Read the Market So You Don't Leave Money on the Table
The freight market has flipped. After years of cheap capacity, 2026 is supply-constrained — driver shortages, equipment attrition, and tighter enforcement have pushed rates to record highs. That leverage belongs to carriers. We make sure you capture it.

Spot-rate estimates as of Q2 2026 (Cass, DAT & industry synthesis). Our dispatchers anchor every broker call to live market data — so the rate you get reflects what the lane is actually paying.
03 / Compliance & Anti-Fraud
Your Freight, Your Money — Protected
2026 brought a wave of freight fraud and a Supreme Court ruling that raised the stakes on who you do business with. We treat broker vetting as a hard requirement — because the fastest way to lose a paycheck is booking with the wrong middleman.
Double-Brokering Defense
We screen every broker for the red flags of fraud — spoofed domains, suspicious urgency, last-minute swaps — so your load isn't re-brokered out from under you and left unpaid.
Bond & Authority Checks
We verify the broker's $75k FMCSA bond is active and they're not on the suspended list — before your truck rolls. Booking with a suspended broker means you don't get paid. We don't take that risk.
Airtight Proof Packages
Signed Rate Con, timestamped check-calls, signed BOL/POD, and lumper receipts on every load — the documentation that gets you paid and wins a claim if a broker defaults.
04 / One Platform, Two Logins
Built to Run the Whole Operation
Forward Motion runs on a custom dispatch & carrier portal — the dispatcher works the deal desk while the driver sees only what matters to them. Same system, two views.
For the Dispatcher
The Deal Desk
- Rate & profit calculator — break-even RPM, broker target, and final agreed rate in seconds.
- HOS feasibility check — confirm a load is legal on the driver's clock before booking it.
- Live mileage & multi-stop routing — Google Maps distance, deadhead, and lane intel.
- Carrier management — profiles, packet import, and one-click load assignment.
- Financials dashboard — gross, dispatch fee, and net across every load.
For the Carrier & Driver
The Driver Portal
- Secure invite-only login — your loads, your numbers, no one else's.
- Assigned loads & live status — pickup, delivery, and pay on one clean dashboard.
- Compliance vault — CDL, medical card, and insurance dates tracked so nothing lapses.
- Earnings at a glance — what you grossed, the fee, and your net per load.
- VIP concierge — provisions, safe-parking scouting, and layover guides on every run.

06 / For Dispatch Owners
Want This Platform Under Your Own Brand?
Run your own dispatch service? Get a fully white-labeled dispatcher & driver portal — your logo, your drivers, your data — powered by Forward Motion Freight. We built it. You put your name on it.
07 / The Forward Motion VIP Hospitality Suite
We Handle the Freight. We Watch Out for the Driver.
Most dispatchers stop caring the moment a load is covered. We don't. As a veteran-owned outfit, we know the hardest part of this job often happens after you park — eating right when every exit is fast food, finding safe parking before your clock runs out, holding it together on a 34-hour reset a thousand miles from home. These three services are free, because a driver who's looked after runs safer, stronger, and longer.
The "Provisions & Wellness" Drop
Living off the fuel desk wrecks your health and your wallet. We scan your route ahead of time for grocery stores and fresh markets that can actually fit a truck — real food, real parking, no circling a lot with 53 feet behind you. Stock the cooler and eat like the professional you are.
The "Sunset Parking Scout"
When your ELD says the clock is running down, the last thing you need is a white-knuckle hunt for a spot. We track your hours and scout safe, legal parking ahead of you — so you shut down on time, in a real space, never on a sketchy off-ramp gambling on a DOT fine. Park the truck. We already found the spot.
The "Layover Local Guide"
A weekend reset in an unfamiliar lot doesn't have to mean 34 hours of staring at the sleeper wall. The moment you're down, we map what's within reach — highly-rated gyms, clean laundromats, and a solid meal — so your downtime actually feels like downtime. You earned the break. We'll make it count.

09 / Questions, Answered
The Honest FAQ
Straight answers — no fine print.
How is this different from a load board like DAT?+
A load board shows you freight to bid on — that's it. It won't tell you if the rate is profitable, whether the broker pays, or how to route to kill deadhead. Forward OS is the layer on top: source loads wherever you do now, then we price them against a rate floor, vet the broker, plan the triangle, and run the paperwork. The board finds the load; we make the load make money.
How is it different from a big TMS like McLeod or AscendTMS?+
Those are heavy record-keeping systems built for fleets with a back office — powerful, pricey, and a steep climb. Forward OS is dispatcher- and owner-operator-first: opinionated tools that actually coach the deal (rate floor, HOS legality, broker fraud-check, TriHaul routing), Guided Mode that teaches a new dispatcher, and a driver portal carriers like. Lighter, cheaper, focused on the decision — not just the filing.
Is my data private — can other dispatchers see my carriers?+
No. Every dispatcher gets a fully isolated workspace. You only ever see your own carriers, loads, and notes — separation is built into the foundation, not bolted on.
Do I get paid through the app?+
The app calculates your dispatch fee on every load and rolls it into a weekly total, so billing is exact. You collect from the carrier the way dispatchers do today (Zelle/ACH, or have the factoring company remit your fee). Automated split-pay is on the roadmap.
There's no ELD or live load-board feed yet — does that matter?+
Not for what this does today. Carriers self-report hours with one tap so every offer gets checked against their clock, and you source freight however you already do. ELD and load-board integrations are on the roadmap — the core dispatching value is here now.
I'm not techy — is it hard to use?+
If you can use a load board, you can use this. Guided Mode walks you through every screen, there's a first-login tour, and carriers onboard themselves with a link you send them.
What does it cost?+
It's free during the beta. Right now we want your feedback more than your money.
